Welcome to Naxoskitelife, the local professional IKO kitesurfing center located at Mikri Vigla beach, Naxos. In our kiteboarding center we help you to progress fast and safe while having a great time. We offer a variety of kiteboarding and foiling services such as supervision, rental, storage, sales and certification. We strive to offer our services in a clear and straightforward manner, prioritising safety at all times, regardless of experience level. Stay tuned to the sport! Kite Spot Mikri Vigla
Mikri Vigla kite beach is one of the best training spots for kitesurfing in all Cyclades with safe and steady conditions and more than 200 windy days per year. The safety of the bay, the dominant North winds and the unbelievable beauty of the scenery are the main reasons why it is so popular. This is the best place to kite in Naxos no doubt. Kite Center
Naxos Kitelife kite center is located on the main street of Mikri Vigla just a few minutes walk from the beach. We are open daily from April til November 10:00-18:00. During the high season (July, August, September) we are open 9:00-19:00 on windy days. During the winter months we open upon request. Our kiteboarding center offers a variety of amenities (hot showers, WC, coffee, storage, Wi-Fi etc.). Our kitevan provides on spot assistance for our services on the beach. In Naxos Kitelife you will find a variety of watersport services. We are dedicated to accommodate all levels of experience, from those taking their first steps in the sport to experienced surfers looking to learn advanced techniques. We focus on keeping our services safe and fun with maximum flexibility according to your needs. It is always better to make a reservation in advance – like this we can make sure to have availability and propose a schedule according to the weather conditions. Become a Kitesurfer with professional supervision! You will be guided by our professional, experienced and highly motivated team. The sessions are fun, flexible and adjusted to your needs. We use radios (walkie-talkie or bbtalkin) and provide you with special progression gear. Our team follows international quality standards. Kite lessons are available from complete beginner to advanced levels and also for surf and hydrofoil board.
Learn wingfoiling with our professional team and top Sabfoil and Eleveight equipment. Wingfoiling sessions are open for all levels. Wingfoiling became popular the last 5 years and its growing fast! Are you ready?
Rent the latest kite gear! Full or partial kitesurf and wingfoil equipment rentals are available for confident riders. We provide beach assistance, supervision and flexibility to change kite or wing size if conditions change. Trainer kite rentals are available to let younger members of your family give it a try!
Store your gear near the spot! Kiteboarding equipment storage is available in our kite center in personal lockers. By renting a locker you will also have access to our facilities (showers, toilet, washing barrels etc.)
Cherish your memories! High resolution photos and drone videos are always a nice souvenir to remember your stoked kite moments in Naxos. You may record your kitelife moments during your kite session with the help of our drone or professional photographer who has years of experience photographing water sports.
Get certified! In the end of your course with Naxoskitelife, you can get an IKO certificate to validate your level and continue your course in another location or rent equipment.
Buy your own! Find surf gear, beach wear and custom souvenires from our surf shop Caretta-Caretta. Also you can buy and sell used kite gear on our website or in our kite center in Mikri Vigla.
Equipment
All our kiteboarding equipment is brand new and regularly checked. We offer a range of kitesurfing equipment, carefully chosen to fit your needs, level and the weather conditions. We use Eleveight kites and boards for kitesurfing and Sabfoil boards for hydrofoiling. Mystic and ION wetsuits (long or shorty), impact vests and helmets are available for comfort and protection, Cobra waterproof Radios for water instruction.
